摘要
针对单转子空调永磁同步压缩机负载转矩脉动引起的转速脉动问题,在分析了压缩机负载转矩特性和转速脉动机理的基础上,提出了一种基于二分法的PMSM压缩机转速脉动抑制方法。所提方法经过相位扇区判断、二分法初始化、迭代查找三个步骤,能获得补偿电流的最优相位,相比传统的正弦波前馈补偿方法,无需依赖查表,算法收敛速度快。试验结果表明,该方法能有效抑制由负载转矩变化引起的转速脉动,且易于工程实现。
Aiming at the problem of speed ripple caused by load torque ripple of PMSM compressor with single rotor air conditioner,based on the analysis of load torque characteristics and speed ripple mechanism of the compressor,a method of PMSM compressor speed ripple suppression based on dichotomy was proposed.The optimal phase of compensation current could be obtained by three steps:phase sector judgment,binary initialization and iterative search.Compared with the traditional sine wave feed forward compensation method,it didn’t need to rely on the look-up table,and the convergence speed of the algorithm was faster.The experimental results showed that this method could effectively suppress the speed fluctuation caused by the load torque change,and it was easy to realize in engineering.
