摘要
介绍了二滩水电站安全稳定控制系统改造背景及功能部署,分析了改造中存在的作业及运维风险,提出并验证了相关控制措施。
The background and functional deployment of the safety and stability control system of Ertan Hydropower Station were introduced.The operation and operation and maintenance risks in the transformation were analyzed,and the related control measures were proposed and verified.
