摘要
研究一种鱼雷贮运发射箱的可靠性试验方法,针对鱼雷贮运发射箱的可靠性指标要求,对鱼雷贮运发射箱的工作发射剖面和装载发射剖面进行了分析,设计了鱼雷贮运发射箱的工作可靠性和装载可靠性试验方案,并对鱼雷贮运发射箱开展了发射可靠性试验和装载可靠性试验,暴露了贮运发射箱在温度、湿度和振动等综合环境应力下的故障薄弱环节,针对产品在试验中的故障提出了处理措施,通过设计改进提高了产品的可靠性水平,为后续鱼雷贮运发射箱在性能鉴定阶段能够顺利的通过可靠性鉴定试验提供了有力的技术支撑。
The reliability test method of the torpedo electropult is investigated in this paper.The mission section plane and the stowage section plane of the torpedo electropult are analyzed to duel with the reliability requirement.And the reliability test scheme of the torpedo electropult about the mission reliability and the stowage reliability are worked out.The reliability test of the given torpedo electropult is carried into execution.The faults of the given torpedo electropult emerged under the temperature,humidity and vibration stress.The exception handles are taken into action and the effective approach has been applied to the design improvement.The reliability of the given torpedo electropult is evidently improved in a position to successfully accomplish the reliability qualification test.
