摘要
人口年龄结构的变化对国家经济发展有着重要影响。伴随经济社会发展和社会保障制度的完善,我国老年人口数量不断增加,在总人口年龄结构中所占比例不断提高。老年人本身拥有的经验等对于社会来说,是一笔无形的财富,是特殊的人力资源。尤其是高学历老年人、管理或科技岗位退休的老年人,往往有较丰富的经验优势、社会关系优势,是社会宝贵的人力资源。不过,当前对于老年人力资源的开发还不成熟,积极开发老年人力资源、构建老年人弹性工作机制、服务老龄产业的未来发展,对于经济与社会的发展十分重要。
The change of population age structure has an important impact on national economic development.With the economic and social development and the improvement of social security system,the number of the elderly and the proportion of the elderly in the population age structure are both increasing in China.The experience of the elderly themselves is an intangible wealth and special human resources for the society,especially those with high degrees,retired from management posts or scientific and technological posts,with rich social experience and interpersonal relationship,which are valuable human resource capitals of the society.However,the current domestic development of aged human resources is not mature.It is of great importance for the economic and social development to actively develop aged human resources,and construct flexible working mechanism for the elderly so as to serve the future development of the aging industry.
