不同介质下油水两相流含水率测量模型构建与仿真

摘要 利用comsol多物理场仿真软件,对感应式磁声耦合技术构建含水率测量模型,并且进行仿真分析。研究根据不同介质溶液电导率的不同,分析不同介质溶液在磁场中产生对应的感应电流以及洛伦兹力的大小不同。模型中选择的线圈材质、激励信号频率、幅值等不变的条件下,仿真结果证明不同介质溶液在磁场中产生的感应电流和洛伦兹力的大小与该溶液的电导率大小成正比,此结果与理论推导一致。根据纯油/油水混合物/纯水三种不同介质的电导率和含水率成正比,为后续根据溶液在磁场中激发的感应电流和洛伦兹力的大小推断油水两相流电导率的大小以以及含水率多少提供依据。 The comsol multiphysics simulation software was used to construct the water content measurement model of the inductive magnetoacoustic coupling technology and the simulation analysis was carried out.According to the different conductivity of different media solutions,the corresponding induced currents and Lorentz generated by different media solutions in the magnetic field were analyzed.The magnitude of the force is different,and under the conditions of constant coil material,excitation signal frequency,amplitude,etc.selected in the model,the simulation results prove that the induced current and Lorentz force generated by different media solutions in the magnetic field and the conductivity of the solution The rate is proportional to the size,this result is consistent with the theoretical derivation.According to the conductivity and water content of the three different media of pure oil/oil-water mixture/pure water,this paper is to infer the conductivity of the oil-water two-phase flow according to the magnitude of the induced current and Lorentz force generated by the solution in the magnetic field.Provide a basis for how much water content.
