激光推进纳米硼浆在N型高效晶硅电池制作选择性发射极中的应用研究

摘要 采用发射极和金属栅线接触的区域印刷纳米硼浆的方法制备选择性发射极高效电池,并利用纳秒激光实现纳米硼浆的推进。首先进行丝网印刷纳米硼浆均匀性和纳米硼浆烘干工艺探索,在此基础上对烘干后的实验片用纳秒激光进行推进,采用控制变量法探究激光推进的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,丝网印刷的纳米硼浆均匀度良好,烘干的最佳工艺温度为230℃,最佳工艺时间为5min。纳秒激光的最佳功率为10W,最佳速度为6.5m/s,最佳频率为400kHz。 the selective emitter high efficiency battery is prepared by region printing nano-boron slurry with emitter and metal gate wire contact,and the nano-boron slurry is advanced by nanosecond laser. Firstly,the uniformity of screen printing nano-boron slurry and the drying process of nano-boron slurry were explored. On this basis,the experimental film after drying was pushed by nanosecond laser,and the best technological parameters of laser propulsion were explored by controlling variable method. The results show that the uniformity of nano-boron paste in screen printing is good,the optimum drying temperature is 230℃,and the optimum processing time is 5 min. A nanosecond laser with an optimal power of 10 W,and an optimal speed of 6. 5 m/s,optimum frequency is KHz. 400.
