摘要
油井作业管理综合影响因素多、涉及部门多、配套技术广,达到降本增效的目的是一项复杂而艰巨的工程。为此,DQ油田创新作业管理模式,创建油井全周期闭环管理体系,将油井划分为"正常井-异常井-检泵井-检后井"四个节点,不断完善各节点的管控,使油井检泵作业"两率"指标得到有效控制。
It is a complex and arduous project to achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency because of many comprehensive influencing factors,involving many departments and wide supporting technologies.Therefore,DQ oilfield innovates the operation management mode,creates the oil well full cycle closed-loop management system,divides the oil wells into four nodes:"normal well-abnormal well-pump inspection well-well after inspection",and constantly improves the management and control of each node,so as to effectively control the"two rate"index of oil well pump inspection operation.
