This paper introduces the selection and application of CEMS in the heating furnace and waste alkali incineration furnace in the styrene plant of Mou petrochemical Company.The constitution and operation principle of CEMS,hardware selection,system installation and debugging are described in detail.The application of this system not only realizes the real-time monitoring of the smoke emission from fixed pollution sources in chemical enterprises,but also meets the requirements of the National Ministry of Environmental Protection.
