摘要
在科学技术水平快速提升的背景下,尿素生产技术在不断更新。在生产尿素的过程中,氨萃取法、二氧化碳气体萃取法比较先进,是现代化社会发展中的常用生产系统。但是,在生产方式专利情况的影响下,二氧化碳气提工艺的应用更加广泛,这项生产工艺的应用具有节能降耗的效果,技术人员必须予以重视。主要针对二氧化碳气提工艺生产尿素的节能降耗进行了分析,实现节能降耗的预期目标。
Under the background of rapid improvement of science and technology,urea production technology is constantly updated.In the process of producing urea,ammonia extraction method and carbon dioxide gas extraction method are more advanced,which are commonly used in the development of modern society.However,under the influence of the patent of production mode,the application of carbon dioxide gas extraction process is more extensive.The application of this production process has the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption,and technicians must pay attention to it.This paper analyzes the energy saving and consumption reduction of urea by carbon dioxide gas extraction process.
