the course " Petroleum Geology Foundation" is an important course,which covers a lot of specialized knowledge,requires high professional skills of students,and the traditional teaching mode is difficult to adapt to the development and change of the times. It is urgent to explore the construction of online open courses in this course. Based on this course,this paper analyzes the contents related to the construction and application of online open courses,and puts forward some measures for the construction and application of online open courses.
