摘要 为评价乳化沥青混合料压实时机对其压实特性的影响,分析了不同压实等待时间下乳化沥青混合料试件的空隙率、失水率、流失浆液油水比、波速、间接拉伸模量及车辙试验的变化规律。试验结果表明,适当延长压实等待时间有利于提高乳化沥青混合料压实度及强度,但不能过多提前或延迟压实时间,否则会对混合料强度造成不利影响。应用主成分分析方法表明,评价指标声波波速与间接拉伸模量对混合料主成分PC1的评价效果相当,利用声波技术可以反映出混合料内部孔隙及含水量特征;并通过建立乳化沥青混合料主成分综合得分评价模型,表明压实等待时间对于路面最终的压实度和力学性能有着显著影响,综合考虑推荐合理的压实等待时间为30~50 min。 In order to evaluate the influence of compaction time of emulsified asphalt mixture on its compaction characteristics,the changing rules of void ratio,water loss rate,water oil ratio of lost slurry,wave velocity,indirect tensile modulus and rutting test of emulsified asphalt mixture under different compaction waiting times are analyzed.The test results show that the proper extension of the compaction waiting time is conducive to the improvement of the compactness and strength of the emulsified asphalt mixture;however,the compaction time cannot be advanced or delayed too much,otherwise it will adversely affect the strength of the mixture.Principal component analysis shows that the evaluation indexes of acoustic wave velocity and indirect tensile modulus have the same effect on PC1,and the acoustic wave technology can reflect the characteristics of internal pores and water content of the mixture.Through the establishment of emulsified asphalt mixture principal component comprehensive score evaluation model,it shows that the compaction waiting time has a significant impact on the final compactness and mechanical properties of the pavement.The reasonable compaction waiting time is recommended to be 30~50 min.
