摘要 为提高钢桥的整体强度和质量,本文结合京沈客专东郊重载试车Ⅰ线大桥刚板桥的大直径高强螺栓连接工程的施工过程,介绍了通过对钢桥连接最薄弱的螺栓连接进行可视化数字化的精准控制,以实地试验采集螺栓的滑移荷载的方法获取计算滑移系数,借助高强度螺栓连接电动扭矩扳手和质量信息管理系统,提高螺栓连接施工的质量和工作效率,从而提高钢桥的整体质量和使用寿命的施工经验,可为今后提高高强度螺栓的施工质量提供借鉴。 In order to improve the overall strength and quality of the steel bridge,combined with the construction process of the large diameter high strength bolt connection project of the rigid plate bridge of the heavy load test line I bridge in the eastern suburb of Beijing-Shenyang passenger dedicated line,this paper introduces the visual and digital precise control of the weakest bolt connection of the steel bridge,and obtains the calculated slip coefficient by the method of collecting the sliding load of the bolt through the field test.The construction experience of bolt connection electric torque wrench and quality information management system can improve the quality and work efficiency of bolt connection construction,so as to improve the overall quality and service life of steel bridge,which can also provide reference to improve the construction quality of high-strength bolts in connection construction in the future.
