摘要
基于DNC与MES技术构建机械智能制造DNC与MES集成化系统模型,设计相应系统软件。通过DNC与MES功能需求,划分了系统软件功能模块,详细分析了系统业务数据,规划了功能模块信息流模型,基于数据库实现了二者信息交换。最后基于实验室与生产现场,进行了系统模型功能测试。结果表明,此系统融合了DNC与MES的优势,可快速准确部署于生产企业,以此实现机械智能制造,同时为后续优化升级奠定坚实基础;功能测试结果与预期要求明确相符,因此值得大力推广应用。
Based on DNC and MES technology,the integrated system model of mechanical intelligent manufacturing DNC and MES is constructed,and the corresponding system software is designed. Through the functional requirements of DNC and MES,the functional modules of the system software are divided,the business data of the system are analyzed in detail,the information flow model of the functional modules is planned,and the information exchange between the two is realized based on the database. Finally,based on the laboratory and production site,the function of the system model is tested. The results show that the system combines the advantages of DNC and MES,and can be quickly and accurately deployed in production enterprises to realize mechanical intelligent manufacturing,and lay a solid foundation for subsequent optimization and upgrading,and the functional test results are in good agreement with the expected requirements,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
