扬州鹅关节痛风病例的诊断及病原鉴定

Diagnosis and pathogen identification of gout in Yangzhou goose

2019年5月,江苏省扬州市某鹅场饲养的20日龄扬州大三花鹅发病,死亡率约为17%。经临床诊断和实验室病原核酸检测确诊为鹅星状病毒感染,并对样品进行了病毒分离研究。现将诊断报告如下,为预防和控制该病的流行提供参考依据。

In May 2019,an outbreak occurred in 20-day-old Yangzhou goose which was raised in a goose farm in Yangzhou County of Jiangsu Province.The mortality rate was about 17%.Based on the clinical diagnosis and pathogen detection,this case was suspected to be caused by goose astrovirus infection,and virus isolation was conducted.The diagnosis process for this case is reported below,which will provide reference for preventing and controlling the epidemic of the disease.
