摘要
针对镇海9E燃机二级燃料切换喷嘴进气管弯头在运行中出现的裂纹情况,从材料和金相分析方法入手,通过材料的化学成分、断口、金相组织、硬度各个方面对材料和加工过程中可能产生的情况进行了较为深入的分析,并结合宏观现象和机组运行方式等方面,综合分析引起裂纹的原因。最后从日常维护、产品设计和检修质量等方面提出了一些建议和防范措施。为同类型机组能及时发现类似问题,开展异常分析,保证燃机安全运行提供借鉴。
In view of the crack in the inlet pipe elbow of Zhenhai 9 E gas turbine secondary fuel nozzle during operation,the paper thoroughly analyses the possible situation in the process of processing due to the chemical composition,fracture surface,metallographic structure and hardness of the material,by the means of material and metallographic analysis method.And the causes of cracks are analyzed comprehensively based on macroscopic phenomena and unit operation mode.Finally,some suggestions and preventive measures are put forward about daily maintenance,product design and maintenance quality.It provides reference for similar units to find similar problems in time,carry out abnormal analysis and ensure safe operation of gas turbine.
