中药提取物抗胃溃疡研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-gastric Ulcer of Traditional Chinese Medicine Extract

胃溃疡(Gastric ulcer,GU)以胃粘膜溃疡为主要特征,是影响人类健康的消化系统疾病之一.临床上常常表现为腹痛、腹胀、酸水逆流等,多发病于中老年群体.目前抗胃溃疡药物研发迅速,尤其是对天然药物的开发.综合阐述了中药提取物的抗胃溃疡作用机制,为抗胃溃疡药物的研发提供一定的参考.

Gastric ulcer(GU)is characterized by gastric mucosal ulcer,which is one of the digestive system diseases affecting human health.The clinical manifestations of gastric ulcer are abdominal pain,abdominal distension and acid water reflux,and it often occurs in middle-aged and old people.At present,the development of anti-ulcer drugs is rapid,especially the development of natural drugs.In this paper,the mechanism of anti-gastric ulcer effect of Chinese herbal extracts was summarized,which provided some reference for the development of anti-gastric ulcer drugs.
