羽毛球运动对儿童视力不良干预的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Badminton on the Intervention of Poor Eyesight in Children

为探讨羽毛球运动干预对儿童视力不良的影响及效果,选取视力不良儿童105人,随机分入3组,35人/组,分别为对照组、一般对照组、实验组(羽毛球干预),干预12个月(3-5次/周,1.5h/次).实验干预12个月后,对照组左、右眼视力均下降明显(P<0.05)和(P<0.01);一般对照组左、右眼视力总体呈现上升趋势(P>0.05);实验组左、右眼视力较之前具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).通过实验干预后发现,羽毛球运动对不良的视力效果最佳.

In order to explore the influence and effect of badminton on the intervention of poor eyesight in children,105 children with poor eyesight were randomly divided into three groups,35 people per group,which were control group,general control group and experimental group(badminton intervention).The intervention lasted for 12 months(3 to 5 times per week,1.5hours per time).After 12 months of experimental intervention,the visual acuity of left and right eyes in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05)and(P<0.01);the visual acuity of left and right eyes in the general control group showed an upward trend(P>0.05);the visual acuity of left and right eyes in the experimental group was significantly different from that before(P<0.01).Through the experimental intervention,it is found that badminton has the best effect on poor vision.
