摘要
采用大五人格简式量表、社会适应性量表、心理复原力量表对260名大学生进行调查,探讨心理复原力在大学生大五人格与社会适应性之间的作用。结果表明:大五人格、心理复原力是高校毕业生社会适应性的重要影响因素。高校毕业生社会适应性总体水平偏低,没有性别和学历差异;大五人格外向性正向预测社会适应性,神经质负向预测社会适应性;心理复原力在大五人格与社会适应性之间起到完全中介作用。
260 college students were investigated by using the Big Five Personalities Scale,Social Adaptability Scale and Psychological Resilience Scale,to explore the role of psychological resilience between the big five personalities and social adaptability.The results showed that the big five personalities and psychological resilience were important factors influencing the social adaptability of college graduates.The overall level of social adaptability of college graduates was low,without differences in gender and academic qualifications;Big five personalities extroversion positively predicted social adaptability and neuroticism negatively predicted social adaptability;psychological resilience played a complete intermediary role between big five personalities and social adaptability.
