摘要
当前社会,强化师资队伍建设是高等教育改革和人才培养的重点。文章基于PDCA模型,从分析现状、设计措施、实施措施、评价反馈4个方面,研究“新经管”战略的师资队伍建设问题。通过开展“新经管”战略下师资队伍建设讨论,设计“新经管”战略方案,引进高水平师资并开展培训,设计考核评价四大策略,建立科学、规范、行之有效的师资队伍体系,提高教学质量、培养人才,实现可持续发展。
At present,strengthening the construction of teaching staff is the focus of higher education reform and personnel training.On the basis of PDCA model,the construction of teaching staff with“new management”strategy is studied from four aspects such as the analysis of the current situation,design measures,implementation measures and evaluation feedback.Through the discussion on the construction of teaching staff under“new management”strategy,the strategic plan of“new management”is designed,high-leveled teachers are introduced and trained,and four strategies of assessment and evaluation are designed,so as to establish a scientific,standardized and effective teaching staff system,improve teaching quality,cultivate talents and realize sustainable development.
