“产学研—用训创”一体化的机械类专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Talents Cultivation Mode of Mechanical Specialty Based on the Integration of Industry-University-Research and Practice-Training-Innovation

从“产学研—用训创”一体化的育人优势出发,以创新创业人才培养为背景,结合机械类专业创新创业人才培养模式的现状与自身特点,提出以学生为主体、以教师为主导的“产学研—用训创”的教育理念,构建“产学研—用训创”模式下机械类专业的人才能力培养模式,探索“产学研—用训创”模式下机械类专业创新创业人才培养模式的具体实施措施,提高学生的创新精神、创业意识和工程实践能力。

Starting from the educational advantages of the integration of“industry-university-research and practice-training-innovation”,taking the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the background and combining with the current situation and characteristics of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in mechanical specialty,this paper puts forward an educational concept of“industry-university-research and practice-training-innovation”by taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading part,constructs a talent ability training mode for mechanical specialty under the pattern of“industry-university-research and practice-training-innovation”,and explores the specific implementation measures of the mode for training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in mechanical specialty,so as to improve students’innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and engineering practice ability.
