Research on Teaching Supply-side Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Background of Enrollment Expansion

百万扩招政策的提出与实施,是新时代职业教育大变革与大发展的新命题,这对高职院校的教学供给侧改革提出了新要求。基于扩招背后人才的需求侧分析,从更新教学育人理念、改革教学课程体系、创新教学模式与方法、改进考核评价模式等方面对推进教学供给侧改革进行探讨。

The enrollment expansion policy is a new proposition for the great reform and development of vocational education in the new era,which puts forward new requirements for the teaching supply-side reform in higher vocational colleges.Based on the demand-side analysis of talents in the background of the enrollment expansion,this paper discusses how to promote the teaching supply-side reform in terms of renewing the concept of teaching and educating students,reforming the curriculum teaching system,innovating the teaching modes and methods,and improving the evaluation modes.
