商用车企业供应链较为复杂且难以管理,在供应商合作、物流和信息共享等方面都可能存在风险。如何识别商用车供应链的风险因素,控制风险的发生,促进供应链健康运行是国内外学者和企业研究的热点。通过识别商用车供应链关键风险因素,构建了风险评价指标体系,并对商用车供应链风险因素进行评估,旨在探讨风险因素对商用车供应链的整体影响程度,并给出相应的建议,以期为商用车企业供应链发展提供帮助。

The supply chain of commercial vehicle companies is complex and difficult to manage,and risks may exist in terms of supplier cooperation,logistics and information sharing.How to identify the risk factors of the commercial vehicle supply chain,control the occurrence of risks and promote the healthy operation of the supply chain are the hot topic for domestic and foreign scholars and enterprises.By identifying the key risk factors of the commercial vehicle supply chain,this paper constructs a risk evaluation index system and makes an evaluation on the risk factors of the commercial vehicle supply chain,aiming to explore the overall impact of the risk factors on the commercial vehicle supply chain and give corresponding suggestions.It is expected to provide assistance for the development of the supply chain of commercial vehicle companies.
