Wen Wan,a poetess of the Northern Song Dynasty,is a prostitute,but maintains her elegant temperament of not admiring glory and wealth.Generally,she likes to write poems and makes friends with literati and scholars,and thus gains the love from literati Wang Sheng.She has made remarkable achievements in poetry creation,whose thirty poems left with deep feelings and exquisite images have constructed a sad but not resentful emotional world.The emotion of her poems is deeply rooted in three aspects:the desire for self-esteem,the self-respect for human feelings and the persistence for love,which makes her rough emotional world more mysterious.
