摘要
以自主开发的汽车电驱动总成转子为研究对象,采用数值仿真技术对电驱动总成转子在极限工况下的强度进行分析。在分析时,对电驱动总成转子三维模型与二维模型的计算结果进行对比,验证二维模型的合理性,并基于二维模型对电驱动总成转子进行优化。通过分析与优化,表明采用二维模型可以在保证结果可靠的前提下减小计算量,提高产品研发设计的效率。
Taking the self developed automobile electric drive assembly rotor as the research object,numerical simulation technology was used to analyze the strength of the electric drive assembly rotor under extreme condition.In the analysis,the calculation results of 3D model and 2D model of the electric drive assembly rotor were compared to verify the rationality of 2D model,and the electric drive assembly rotor was optimized based on the 2D model.Analysis and optimization show that the use of a 2D model can reduce the amount of calculation and improve the efficiency of product development and design while ensuring reliable results.
