超声检测异常时对比试块问题的分析

制造厂在对所生产的超级管道限制件进行超声检测时,出现异常情况,被检出的超标缺陷异常增多。针对这一问题,对检测中所使用的对比试块进行分析,确认对比试块的衰减系数增大,超出标准要求范围,进而放大缺陷,导致检测异常。

When the manufacturer performed the ultrasonic detection of its super pipeline restraints produced,abnormal conditions occurred,the number of over standard defects was abnormally increased.In response to this fact,the reference block used in the detection was analyzed,and it was confirmed that the attenuation coefficient of the reference block increased,which exceeded the range specified by the standard,and so that the defects were enlarged,resulting in abnormal detection.
