某三甲医院手术室护士职业紧张与睡眠状况

Occupational stress and sleep quality of operating room nurses in a tertiary A hospital

目的通过调查手术室护士的职业紧张及睡眠质量现状,为该群体身心健康管理提供依据。方法选择某三甲医院手术室护士110名,采用一般资料调查表、职业紧张量表(OSI-R)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行问卷调查,采用Pearson线性相关性分析职业紧张与睡眠质量之间的关系。结果共发放问卷110份,回收有效问卷105份,有效回收率为95.45%。护士OSI-R量表中职业任务与个体紧张反应维度评分均高于国内常模,个体应对资源维度评分低于国内常模(P<0.05);PSQI各维度评分及总分均高于国内常模(P<0.05)。PSQI总分与OSI-R中职业任务、个体紧张反应呈正相关性(r=0.179、0.393,P<0.05),与个体应对资源呈负相关性(r=-0.451,P<0.05)。结论该院手术室护士存在职业紧张、睡眠质量降低等问题,且职业紧张可能会影响睡眠质量,加强职业健康教育与干预对缓解职业紧张、改善睡眠质量可能有积极意义。

Objective To investigate occupational stress and sleep quality of operating room nurses to provide a basis for the management of physical and mental health of this group.Methods A total of 110 operating room nurses in a Grade A hospital were selected for the questionnaire.Information on the occupational stress scale(OSI-R)and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was collected,and the relationship between occupational stress and sleep quality was analyzed by Pearson linear correlation.Results A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed,105 of which were effective and the effective recovery rate was 95.45%.The scores of occupational task and individual stress response dimension in the OSI-R scale of the nurses were higher than the domestic norm,and the scores of individual coping resource dimension were lower than the domestic norm(P<0.05).The score and total score of each dimension of PSQI were higher than the domestic norm(P<0.05).The total PSQI score was positively correlated with occupational task and individual stress response in OSI-R(r=0.179,0.393,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with individual coping resources(r=-0.451,P<0.05).Conclusions The operating room nurses in this hospital have higher occupational stress and lower sleep quality,and occupational stress may affect sleep quality.Strengthening occupational health education and intervention may have positive significance in alleviating occupational stress and improving sleep quality.
