Cultural quality is the endogenous power of a city’s creativity and cohesion,and an important source of a city’s core competitiveness.In the revitalization of the new era,the cultural construction of Shenyang should continue to improve the cultural quality of the city.Based on the definition of related concepts,this article analyzes the necessity of improving the cultural quality of Shenyang city,and proposes countermeasures to improve the cultural quality of Shenyang city.
