清廉、诚实,不仅是社会主义核心价值观的一部分,更是每个人的道德准绳,清廉理念是人们在金钱面前的正确价值取向和做人做事的基本准则。保险行业中,入职前要进行相关培训,主要以职业道德为主,专业素养与道德素养并重,教育员工以廉为荣、以奢为耻,做到清正廉明、公平公正。文中指出应分别从内容、制度、载体和阵地入手,发挥清廉从业的教育作用、规范作用,发挥清廉文化的导向作用和凝聚作用。

Integrity and honesty are not only a part of the socialist core values,but also the moral standards of everyone.The concept of honesty is the correct value orientation of people in front of money and the basic principles of doing things.In the insurance industry,relevant training should be carried out before employment,mainly focusing on professional ethics,paying equal attention to professional quality and moral quality,educating employees to be honest and upright,fair and just.It is pointed out that starting from the content,system,carrier and position,we should play the educational and normative role of honest employment,and play the guiding and cohesive role of incorruptible culture.
