摘要
人力资源管理绩效评价体系是一个动态的系统工程,包括绩效计划、绩效考核、绩效反馈等功能模块。高校人力资源管理绩效评价从制定科学的绩效考评标准出发,确立项目内容,规范考评程序,强化结果反馈与应用。文章分析了高校人力资源管理绩效评价体系构建的重要意义,指出了存在的问题,针对性地提出了高校人力资源管理绩效评价体系的构建路径。
The performance evaluation system in human resource management is a dynamic system project.It includes functional modules such as performance planning,performance appraisal,and performance feedback.Performance evaluation in human resource management in universities starts from formulating scientific performance evaluation standards,establishing project content,standardizing evaluation procedures,and strengthening feedback and application of results.The article analyzes the important significance of the construction of performance evaluation system in human resource management in universities.At the same time,it points out the existing problems and pertinently proposes the construction path of the performance evaluation system of human resource management in universities.
