为了获得高职教育学风建设的方法。对某高职学校学生进行调研,并在此基础上进行理论研究。调研结果显示,高职学生学习目的性强、自律性差,学校的管理制度不完善,教师的教学引导不利。为了更好的进行学风建设,要严肃考试纪律,改变考核方式,加强对学生的引导,建立家校联动机制。同时,为了改善学习风气,要从学生管理、学校管理及营造良好环境氛围入手。

In order to obtain methods of style of study of higher vocational education,the survey was conducted for students of higher vocational colleges,and carry out theoretical research on this basis.The survey results show that higher vocational students have strong learning purposes and poor self-discipline,while the management system of higher vocational colleges is not perfect and teaching guidance of teachers is unfavorable.In order to build a better style of study,it is necessary to take exam discipline seriously,change assessment methods,strengthen guidance for students,and establish a home-school linkage mechanism.At the same time,in order to obtain improvement,we must start with student management and school management,and create a good environment.
