摘要
比较不同三电平电路拓扑的特点和性能,分析不同类型三相集成模块对硬件电路和印刷线路板(PCB)设计的影响,基于新型并联T型三电平IGBT模块,开发应用于异步电动机低谐波、低噪声调速驱动的双PWM变频器。通过改变控制策略,在同一样机平台上进行两电平与三电平逆变的性能对比实验,验证三电平逆变在转换效率、电流谐波等方面的优势。
The characteristics and performance of different three-level circuit topologies are compared,and the impacts of different three-phase integrated modules on the design of hardware circuits and printed circuit boards(PCB)are analyzed.Based on the new parallel T-type three-level IGBT modules,a dual-PWM inverter is developed and applied to the low-harmonic and low-noise variable speed drive of induction motor.By changing the control strategy,two-level and three-level inverters operating characteristics are compared on the same prototype to verify the advantages of three-level inverter in terms of conversion efficiency,current harmonics and other performance indexes.
