摘要
目的调查医学专业本科生导师制度下学生科研产出的影响因素。方法对四川大学华西临床医学院2015级至2017级各专业全日制本科生进行问卷调查和分析。结果有效调查问卷共174份,其中有科研产出的学生72人,占41.4%,无任何科研成果者102人,占58.6%。学生性别、专业、年级、导师职称,有科研产出组与无科研产出组之间差异无统计学意义。有科研产出组学生与导师联系频率明显高于无产出组(P<0.001)。有科研产出组学生对目前导师制的满意度明显高于无产出组(P<0.001);有科研产出组学生对本科生导师制度评分[(81.8±18.1)分]明显高于无产出组[(54.8±28.3)分,P<0.001],差异具有统计学意义。学生与导师联系频率是学生是否有科研产出的影响因素,学生与导师联系越频繁,学生有科研产出的可能性越高。结论本科生导师与学生的联系频率越高,学生的科研产出越多。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of students'scientific research output under the tutorial system of medical undergraduates.Methods A questionnaire survey and analysis was conducted among the full-time undergraduates of various majors enrolled from 2015 to 2017 in West China School of Medicine,Sichuan University.Results 174 valid questionnaires were collected.Among all the students,72 of them had scientific research output(41.4%)and 102 students didn't have any scientific research results(58.6%).There was no statistical difference in students'gender,major,grade and title of tutor between the group of students who have scientific research output and those who didn't have any scientific research output.The contact frequency between students and tutors in the scientific research output group was significantly higher than that in the non-production group(P<0.001).Students'satisfaction with the current tutorial system in the scientific research output group was significantly higher than that in the non-production group(P<0.001),and the score of undergraduate tutoring system in the scientific research output group(81.8±18.1)was significantly higher than that in the non-production group(54.8±28.3)(P<0.001).The differences were of statistical significance.The frequency of contact between students and tutors is the influencing factor of whether students have scientific research output or not.The more frequent contact was made between students and tutors,the higher possibility that students have scientific research output would be acquired.Conclusion With higher frequency of contact between students and tutors,students will have more scientific research output.
