“一带一路”背景下医学留学生教育的实践与反思——以西安交通大学为例 被引量:7

摘要 随着“一带一路”倡议的深化和发展,我国留学生人数迅速增加。留学生教育出现了师资队伍较小、招生结构不合理、管理不到位、英文教材缺乏等问题。文章总结了西安交通大学医学留学生教学工作中的经验和不足,介绍了该校在师资队伍、教材建设、人文关怀和招生宣传等方面采取的有效措施,以期为其他高校提供借鉴和学习,也为提高留学生的教学质量和践行“一带一路”倡议做出贡献。 With the fast development of"Belt&Road"initiative,the number of foreign students is increasing rapidly in China.Some questions of foreign student education are shown,such as small group of teaching staff,unreasonable enrollment structure,poor management,and a lack of English teaching materials.This paper concluded the experience and deficiencies of foreign student education in Xi'an Jiaotong University,introducing the effective measures in teaching staff,the construction of teaching materials structure,humanistic care and enrollment advertisement,so as to provide reference to other universities and colleges,and make contribution for improving teaching quality of foreign student education and the practice of"Belt&Road"initiative.
