摘要 目的探讨基于微信和典型病例的翻转课堂教学模式在留学生内科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2—7月在西安交通大学第一附属医院心内科见习的96名2015级留学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=48)和实验组(n=48)。对照组学生采用传统的讲授法教学,实验组则进行基于微信和典型病例的翻转课堂教学。比较两组学生的考核成绩及自我学习评价情况。结果实验组学生的考核成绩较对照组提高,且自我学习评价情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于微信和典型病例的翻转课堂教学模式在留学生内科学教学中,可提高学生的学习成绩和自我学习能力。 Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode based on WeChat and typical cases in internal medicine teaching for foreign students.Methods 96 foreign students enrolled in 2015 on probation in our hospital from February to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=48)and the experimental group(n=48).The control group was given traditional teaching method,and the research group was treated with flipped classroom teaching mode based on WeChat and typical cases.The test scores of students were compared and the self-learning ability was also evaluated.Results The test scores of the experimental group were obviously higher than those of the control group,and their self-learning ability assessment was superior to that of the control group,too.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching mode based on Wechat and typical cases can improve students'scores of learning and self-learning ability.
