摘要
目的探讨专业学位研究生培养与规培并轨模式下,儿科学专硕研究生教学能力的培养。方法安排专硕研究生参与教学管理、教学活动及教学研究等,并评价分析近五年来成都医学院第一附属医院儿科学专硕研究生教学能力的情况。结果通过参与教学管理,专硕研究生了解了教学方法与手段,提高了教学意识;通过参加教学活动,专硕研究生教学经验增加,教学能力提高,毕业后能够快速胜任教学工作,且教学质量评价良好;通过高年级专硕研究生科研和教学研究工作的指导,低年级专硕研究生及科室其他人员科研能力及教学研究能力提高,科研成果产出增多。结论通过安排儿科专硕研究生参与教学管理、教学活动及教学研究等,能够培养其教学能力,有助于毕业后快速适应教学工作。
Objective To explore the cultivation of teaching ability of graduate students of professional degree majoring in pediatrics under the mode of master's training and standardized residents'training.Methods Graduate students of professional degree were arranged to participate in teaching management,teaching activities,teaching research and so on,and the teaching abilities of graduate students of professional degree in pediatrics in recent 5 years in our hospital were evaluated and analyzed.Results Through participating in teaching management,graduate students of professional degree understood teaching means and methods,and their teaching consciousness was improved.Through taking part in teaching activities,the teaching experience of graduate students of professional degree increased,their teaching ability was improved,they could be competent for teaching after graduation rapidly,and acquired good evaluation in teaching quality.Through guiding scientific and teaching research of senior graduate students,junior graduate students and other people in the department improved a lot in terms of the ability of scientific research as well as teaching research.Besides,output of scientific research also increased.Conclusion Through arranging graduate students of professional degree in pediatrics to participate in teaching management,teaching activities,teaching research and so on,their teaching abilities can be cultivated,and it is helpful to adapt to teaching rapidly after graduation.
