摘要
针对22MnB5钢板在热冲压成形过程中易被氧化且氧化层易脱落,不仅影响工件的美观和表面质量,也会对模具造成一定磨损的问题,需研究热冲压成形钢的高温氧化行为。采用模拟试验对22MnB5和22MnMoB5钢板的高温氧化行为进行了分析。结果发现,除含Mo和不含Mo外,两种钢板在其他元素含量及工艺参数相同条件下,22MnMoB5钢板的氧化程度明显低于22MnB5钢板,这主要是因为Mo能够在基体表面富集,阻碍易被氧化元素向氧化层扩散;同时,促进Cr氧化物在基体和外氧化层间富集形成保护层,从而抑制基体被进一步氧化。
In view of the fact that 22MnB5steel sheet is easily oxidized and the oxide layer is easy to fall off during the hot stamping process,which not only affects the appearance and surface quality of the workpiece,but also causes certain wear and tear on the mold,the high temperature oxidation behavior of hot stamped steel needs to be studied.The high temperature oxidation behaviors of 22MnB5and 22MnMoB5steel sheets were analyzed by simulation test.The results showed that the oxidation degree of the 22MnMoB5steel sheet was significantly lower than that of the 22MnB5steel sheet under the conditions of same other element content,in addition to Mo and without Mo,and same process parameters of the two steels sheets.This is because Mo can enrich on the surface of the substrate,prevent the difficusion of easily oxidized elements to the oxide layer,and promote Cr oxide enriched between the substrate and the outer oxide layer to form a protective layer,which can inhibit the substrate from being further oxidized.
