摘要
针对冷轧带钢酸洗机组采用开式冷凝水回收系统存在锅炉耗水量大且产生的大量二次蒸汽直接向外界排放,造成大量的资源和能源浪费的问题,开发出一种新型的闭式冷凝水回收系统。该系统中燃气锅炉产生的蒸汽经过石墨换热器,进入回收装置,利用锅炉供水泵组将回收装置内的热水供至燃气锅炉,循环利用产生蒸汽;回收装置补充的喷淋水(新水),可用于带钢的清洗。该新型加热回收系统,不仅具有节约能源、新水消耗量小、废水处理费用低、投资回报率高等优点,而且运行维护简单,备件成本也随之降低。
Aiming at the problem that the cold rolled strip pickling unit adopts the open type condensed water recovery system,the boiler consumes a large amount of water and produces a large amount of secondary steam which is directly discharged to the outside world,causing a large amount of resources and energy waste,a new type of closed type condensed water recovery system is developed.The steam generated by the gas boiler in the system passes through the graphite heat exchanger and enters the recovery unit.The boiler water supply pump set is used to supply the hot water in the recovery unit to the gas boiler,and the steam is generated by recycling.The spray water(fresh water)supplemented by the recovery unit can be used for cleaning the strip.The new heating recovery system not only has the advantages of energy saving,small new water consumption,low waste water treatment cost and high return on investment,but also has the advantages of simple operation and maintenance and lower spare parts cost.
