摘要
针对高强度热镀铝锌板S550GD+AZ的技术要求,通过选择化学成分合理的原料,利用热模拟、力学拉伸试验和金相显微观察等手段,确定了镀锌生产工艺,并进行了小批量工业试生产。在此基础上通过分析镀锌退火温度与产品性能的关系,对生产工艺参数进行进一步优化,成功开发出S550GD+AZ高强度热镀铝锌板产品。
According to the technical requirements of high strength hot-dip aluminized galvanized sheet S550GD+AZ,the production process of galvanizing was determined by means of thermal simulation,mechanical tensile test and metallographic microscopic observation by selecting raw materials with reasonable chemical composition,and a small batch of industrial trial production was carried out.By analyzing the relationship between galvanized annealing temperature and product performance,the production process parameters were further optimized,and the S550GD+AZ high strength hot-dip aluminized galvanized sheet was successfully developed.
