摘要
PID控制器结构简单,参数易于整定,但面对被控对象存在很大的延时性,即系统滞后时间与时间常数大于1时,PID控制器存在控制效果不佳的现象;提出了一种基于预测PI控制算法的控制策略,并且使用SCL语言将预测PI控制算法封装在西门子PLC中,结果显示能够有效解决系统大惯性、大滞后带来的问题。
PID controller is simple in structure and easy to adjust parameters.However,when the controlled object has a large delay,that is,the ratio of system lag time and time constant is greater than 1,the control effect of PID controller is not satisfied.A control strategy based on predictive PI control algorithm is proposed.The predictive PI control algorithm is encapsulated in Siemens PLC using SCL language.The result shows that the algorithm can effectively solve the problems caused by system big inertance and big lag.
