摘要
石油化工生产装置工艺技术复杂、因果关系变量不稳定影响生产装置稳定运行,针对上述问题,建立企业级大数据分析平台,采用大数据技术分析生产平稳率、设备运行状态和质量预测等,提高企业安全生产运行率,故障预警能力,优化生产过程控制能力。通过炼化装置大机组智能预警模型、加氢裂化装置生产过程大数据分析模型的应用,提升了设备故障诊断分析、装置平稳运行等的能力,提高了设备管理水平。
Stable operation is affected by complex process technology,unstable cause-consequence relationship variables of petrochemical production unit.Aiming at these problems,the big data analysis platform for the enterprise level is constructed.Stable production rate,the equipment running status and quality prediction,etc.are analyzed by using big data technology to improve safety production and operation rate,fault pre-warning capability of the enterprise,and optimize capability of production process control.The application of large compressor unit intelligent pre-warning model and big data analysis model of hydrocracking unit production process shows that capability of equipment fault diagnosis and analysis,stable operation and the equipment management level are improved.
