移动荷载作用下两跨钢-混组合连续梁桥面铺装动力响应 被引量:2

摘要 为研究移动荷载作用下两跨钢-混组合连续梁桥面铺装系统响应,基于有限元软件ABAQUS建立两跨钢-混组合连续梁模型,桥面铺装采用线弹性本构关系,对桥面铺装层施加竖向均布移动载荷,荷载采用Fortran编写的子程序DLOAD实现,分析不同跨数、不同速度、不同载重、不同剪力钉布置和不同轴数等参数作用下,两跨钢-混组合连续梁铺装层的挠度、应力和冲击系数等动力响应。结果表明:在竖向移动荷载作用下两跨钢-混组合连续梁第二跨竖向挠度较大,随着车速的增加先增大后减小,随载重的增加而增大,并随车辆轴数的增加而增大;竖向应力在车速较高时有较大值,并随载重的增加而增大;在横向应力上,铺装层主要承受压应力,而剪力钉和主纵梁主要承受拉应力;在纵向应力上,桥梁各层主要承受压应力;剪力钉的布置对纵桥向剪应力的提高有显著作用;冲击系数随速度的提高变大并趋向稳定,随载重的增加而先减小后增大。 In order to study the response of the two-span steel-concrete composite continuous girder pavement system under moving loads,a two-span steel-hybrid composite continuous beam model was established based on the finite element software ABAQUS.The bridge deck pavement adopted the linear elastic constitutive relation to the bridge.The vertical paving moving load was applied to the pavement layer.The load was realized by the subroutine DLOAD written by Fortran.The two spans’dynamic response of deflection,stress and impact coefficient of steel-hybrid composite continuous beam pavement was analyzed under different parameters such as different spans,different speeds,different loads,different shear pin arrangements and different number of axes.The results show that the vertical deflection of the two-span steel-concrete composite continuous beam under the vertical moving load is larger,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of the vehicle speed,and increases with the increase of the load,and the vehicle The number of axes increases with the increase of the number of axles;the vertical stress has a larger value when the vehicle speed is higher,and increases with the increase of the load;in the lateral stress,the pavement layer mainly bears the compressive stress,while the shearing nail and the main longitudinal beam Mainly subjected to tensile stress;in the longitudinal stress,the layers of the bridge mainly bear the compressive stress;the arrangement of the shearing nail has a significant effect on the improvement of the shear stress of the longitudinal bridge;the impact coefficient has become larger and tends to be stable with the increase of the speed.The trend decreases first and then increases as the load increases.
