丹红注射液经患肢静脉给药预防髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓的临床研究

Clinical study on prevention of deep venous thrombosis after hip fracture by intravenous administration of danhong injection

目的探讨丹红注射液经患肢静脉给药预防髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月-2016年6月在我院行髋部骨折术患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组采用丹红注射液经上肢静脉常规给药,治疗组采用丹红注射液经患肢静脉给药并弹力绷带踝部加压,对2组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)D-二聚体(D-D)、血小板计数(PLT)、患肢周径、疼痛(VAS)评分情况及深静脉血栓的发生率进行观察。结果治疗组的PT与APTT明显短于对照组,D-D水平、PLT水平、VAS评分及深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组,患肢周径明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液经患肢静脉给药能够有效降低髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection on prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip fracture. Methods From January 2014 to June 2016,60 cases of hip fracture in our hospital were divided into 30 cases,30 cases were treated by random digital table method,the control group was treated by routine administration of Danhong injection through upper limb vein,the treatment group was treated by intravenous administration of Danhong injection and elastic bandage under ankle pressure,the patients were treated by prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),D-dimer(D-D),platelet count(PLT),Perimeter diameter,pain(VAS)score and incidence of deep venous thrombosis were observed. Results The PT and APTT of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of D-D level,PLT level,VAS score and deep venous thrombosis was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the diameter of the affected limb was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Danhong Injection can effectively reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis after hip fracture.
