气压弹道式体外冲击波联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

Pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment for knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨气压弹道式体外冲击波联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年8月-2019年6月收治的KOA患者60例,按随机数字表法分为2组各30例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,研究组采用气压弹道式体外冲击波联合中药熏洗。对比2组治疗总有效率、治疗前后膝关节功能评分及炎症因子水平。结果相比于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后Lysholm评分高于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气压弹道式体外冲击波联合中药熏洗在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的疗效确切,可降低炎症因子水平,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Sixty patients with KOA admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,30 cases each.The control group was injected with sodium hyaluronate in the joint cavity,and the research group was treated with pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave combined with Chinese medicine fumigation.The total effective rate of treatment,knee function score before and after treatment and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the research group had a higher total treatment efficiency,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Lysholm score of the research group after treatment was higher than the control group,and the levels of various inflammatory factors were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave combined with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine has a definite effect in the treatment of KOA,reduces the level of various inflammatory factors,and promotes the recovery of knee function.
