摘要
鼻咽癌是耳鼻咽喉科中常见的恶性肿瘤疾病和病死因素,尤其在我国南部地区高发,早期发病隐匿难以发现,确诊后主要以放疗为主进行综合治疗,有较强的转移倾向,其预后相对较差,生存率相对较低,威胁人类健康。microRNA分子是广泛存在于动植物体内的短片段非编码RNA,为参与基因表达调控的重要因子之一。近年来研究发现,不同microRNAs水平表达的高低与鼻咽癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关,本文就其展开综述。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a prevalent malignant tumor and mortality factor in otolaryngology,especially in southern China.It is difficult to detect early and continuously threatens human health.Radiotherapy is the main method for the treatment after diagnosis.NPC has a poor prognosis and low survival rates due to its strong metastatic ability.MicroRNA molecules are short fragments of non-coding RNA widely found in animals and plants,and are one of the important factors involved in the regulation of gene expression.In recent years,studies have found that the expression levels of microRNAs are closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Therefore,this paper serves as a review pertaining to these issues.
