基于微信平台的延伸护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用与评价

Application and evaluation of extended nursing based on Wechat platform in pediatric pneumonia nursing

目的探讨基于微信平台的延伸护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年12月—2019年12月我院收治的80例肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组采用基于微信平台的延伸护理,比较2组患儿临床康复时间及家长护理技能。结果观察组咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,观察组护理2周后的患儿家长护理技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎护理中应用基于微信平台的延伸护理,可促进患儿康复,提高家长护理技能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing based on WeChat platform in the nursing of pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups with random number table method,40 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given extended care based on WeChat platform.The clinical recovery time and nursing skills of the two groups of children were compared.Results The coughing,disappearance of lung rales and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the nursing skill scores of the parents of the children in the observation group after 2 weeks of nursing were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended nursing based on WeChat platform in pediatric pneumonia nursing can promote the rehabilitation of children and improve the nursing skills of parents,which is worth using.
