高血压性脑出血术后护理效果观察

Observation on postoperative nursing effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨高血压性脑出血术后患者护理干预的效果。方法选取我院2017年3月—2020年3月收治的高血压脑出血术后患者62例,给予病情观察、血压控制、呼吸系统护理、消化道护理、康复护理、心理护理,并观察其效果。结果经护理干预后,62例患者中治愈(好转)45例,治愈(好转)率72.6%,未愈12例,未愈率为19.4%,死亡5例,病死率8%。肢体运动功能、语言功能及语言沟通能力均有显著提高。结论高血压性脑出血术后患者给予有效的护理干预可提高康复效果。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods 62 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected.Observe the effect of nursing after giving disease observation,blood pressure control,respiratory system nursing,digestive tract nursing,rehabilitation nursing,psychological nursing.Results After nursing intervention,45 of 62 patients were cured(improved),the cure(improvement)rate was 72.6%,12 were not cured,19.4%were not cured,5 died,and 8%died.Limb motor function,language function and language communication ability have been significantly improved.Conclusion Patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the cure rate through postoperative nursing intervention.
