卒中单元化康复护理对脑卒中后偏瘫患者恢复的影响

Effect of unitary rehabilitation nursing of stroke on the recovery of hemiplegic patients after stroke

目的探讨卒中单元化康复护理对脑卒中后偏瘫患者恢复的影响。方法选择我院2018年3月—2019年3月治疗的700例脑卒中偏瘫患者,采用随机分组法均分为对照组和观察组,每组350例。对照组采取常规治疗和康复护理,观察组采取卒中单元化康复护理,对比护理前后2组患者简化Fugl-Meyer量表、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表及脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分以及平均住院时间。结果护理前,2组FMA、NIHSS及SS-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组患者NIHSS量表评分比治疗前降低,FMA量表、SS-QOL量表评分比治疗前增高,且观察组改善幅度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卒中单元化康复护理可有效促进脑卒中后偏瘫患者神经和肢体康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of stroke unit rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of hemiplegic patients after stroke,and to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 700 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,350 cases in each group.The control group was received routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was received unit rehabilitation nursing for stroke,including rehabilitation training of affected limbs,psychological intervention,life ability training and acupuncture treatment.The scores of simplified Fugl-Meyer scale,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the average hospitalization time of the two groups was also compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of FMA,NIHSS and SS-QOL between the two groups(P<0.05);after nursing,the three scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the three scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the average hospitalization time of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke modular rehabilitation nursing can effectively treat the neurological and limb rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients after stroke,which is worthy of clinical application.
