护理干预辅助中频治疗仪治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果评价

Effect evaluation of nursing intervention assisted with intermediate frequency therapeutic instrument in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia

目的探讨护理干预辅助中频治疗仪治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月100例小儿支气管肺炎患者按入院时间分为2组各50例,对照组患儿仅接受常规内科治疗与护理,研究组患儿在对照组基础上采取中频治疗仪治疗及护理干预。记录2组患儿主要症状体征消失时间及住院时间,同时调查患儿家属对小儿支气管肺炎知识的掌握情况和护理满意度。结果研究组患儿咳嗽、喘息、发热、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间明显较对照组患儿缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属的疾病知识评分明显较对照组提高,有明显差异(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属的护理满意度明显较对照组提高,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对支气管肺炎患儿采取中频治疗仪治疗并加强护理干预,能够有效促进疾病好转,缩短住院时间,并提高患儿家属的疾病认知程度和满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention assisted with intermediate frequency therapeutic instrument in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 100 cases of children with bronchopneumonia from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to the admission time,50 cases in each group.The control group only received conventional medical treatment and nursing,while the study group was treated with intermediate frequency therapy and nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of main symptoms and signs and hospitalization time of the two groups were recorded,and the mastery of children's bronchial pneumonia knowledge and nursing satisfaction were investigated.Results the disappearance time of cough,wheezing,fever,lung rales and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of disease knowledge of family members of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion if the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and strengthen nursing intervention,can effectively promote the improvement of the disease,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the disease awareness and satisfaction of family members of children.
