新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间血透室的管理与感染防控对策

Hemodialysis room management and infection control strategies during novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak

目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(novel coronavirus pneumonia,简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间血透室的管理与感染防控对策。方法选取大冶市人民医院血透室2020年1月20日—5月31日所有血液透析患者共172人,透析总计7628次作为对象,根据不同的情况采取相应的管理措施及防控对策。结果来我院血液透析的172例患者及我科23名工作人员无1例感染新冠肺炎。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,做好患者及家属的感染防控及宣传教育工作,从思想上高度重视,科室制定相应的管理措施,采取严格的感染防控对策,能够有效防范血液透析患者和医护人员感染新冠病毒。

Objective To summarize the management and infection control strategy of hemodialysis room during the epidemic period of Novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods A total of 172 hemodialysis patients were selected from the hemodialysis room of People's Hospital of Daye City from January 20 to May 31,2020,and a total of 7628 times of dialysis were selected as objects.According to different situations,corresponding management measures and prevention and control measures were taken.Results None of the 172 patients who came to our hospital for hemodialysis and the 23 staff of our department were infected with Novel coronavirus pneumonia.Conclusion During Novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,do a good job in infection prevention and control,publicity and education for patients and their families,and attach great importance to it from the ideological perspective.The department formulates corresponding management measures and adopts strict infection prevention and control countermeasures to effectively prevent hemodialysis patients and medical staff from infections Novel coronavirus.
