基于多源传感器信号的铣削过程能效状态识别

摘要 解决切削过程能效问题是绿色制造领域的研究热点之一。掌握切削过程动态能效是评价切削过程能效状态的有效手段。基于能效经验模型,设计面向能效状态识别的多源传感器信号采集的铣削试验,获得不同切削条件下的多源传感器信号及高、低不同能效状态。综合分析切削力和功率信号的时域、频域特征,实现了对高、低不同能效状态的识别。该研究方法一方面对绿色制造领域的节能技术提供方案,另一方面对智能监测领域的状态识别方法研究也有借鉴作用。 Solving energy efficiency problem of cutting process is one of the hot point of green manufacturing.Mastering the dynamic energy efficiency of cutting process is the efficiency method for energy efficiency evaluation.The multi-sensor signals acquisition experience of milling process is designed for energy efficiency state identification based on empirical model.The multi-sensor signals and different energy efficiency states are obtained for energy efficiency state identification.The different energy efficiency states are identified based on the time and frequency feature of cutting force and power signal.On the one hand,this research method can provide solution for energy saving in the field of green manufacturing.On the other hand,it also has the reference significance for the field of intelligence monitoring.
